The college offers both Honours Course (HC) and Regular Course (RC) under the undergraduate level. The courses are designed by Gauhati University under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS).
Gauhati University introduced CBCS from the academic session 2019–20. Based on UGC guidelines, courses are categorized into Core Course, Elective Course, and Ability Enhancement Courses.
A Degree Programme with Honours requires 148 credits, while a Regular Programme requires 132 credits.

AEC includes:
