Kalaguru Bishnu Rabha Degree College was set up in the heart of Orang Chariali in 1990 after the name of renowned Bishnu Prasad Rabha, the mentor of culture and father of socio-economic revolution in Assam, by some of the economically weak but ever conscious and far-sighted people of Orang area with the help of public donation.
